I have designed a unique methodology of ‘Employee’s Corporate Horoscope’, which I draw after evaluating the employee personally.

This helps the HR department of the Company to identify the strengths, weaknesses, training needs etc. of the employee. Based on these training needs, I conduct training sessions in personality development under my banner PAA i.e. Personality Amelioration Academy.

So far, I have conducted training for Parle, Carona, Bombay Dying, Reflexis, Involute, Pune Municipal Corporation, Amar Builders and many other companies.
